Request for Proposal Development of specialized content for the protection of the rights of children and adolescents in situations of human
Establish protocols and/or update procedures affecting children and adolescents in situations of human mobility, including immigration entry and regularization, conditional entry for humanitarian reasons, protection of unaccompanied or separated children and adolescents, and administrative expulsion—for exceptional cases where this is unavoidable.
Update the case management processes for national and foreign children and adolescents in situations of human mobility and subject to protection systems, as contained in the current SNPE Exempt Resolution No. 1861 of 2022. This includes the creation of an Information Booklet for children and adolescents on family reunification procedures.
Design an Institutional Training Plan on the procedures related to children and adolescents in situations of human mobility, addressed in this consultancy.
