1. Purpose The purpose of the call for tenders is to select construction companies for the following missions: ? Carry out the construction works of two (02) JEP according to the technical specifications below and within the deadlines. ? Manufacture and distribute the furniture in the two (02) kindergartens built The company will undertake to carry out the orders given by UNICEF in application of the works contract on the advice and with the technical support of the competent services of the regional education directorates which house the works. This Special Technical Specifications Book (CPTP) relates to the construction works of two (02) public kindergarten buildings (JEP) with two classes with dormitory and office-store, with integrated toilets and the manufacture and distribution of furniture in the classrooms and office of the kindergartens built. It specifies the general provisions adopted as well as the nature of the materials and the technical specifications. Generally speaking, with regard to the quality of materials, their implementation, the method of carrying out the work, etc., it is necessary to refer to the documents in force in Togo. The two (02) JEP buildings will be built in the Kara and Savannah regions. The market is in two lots.
