Tenders Are Invited for Comoros Works and Supply of Furniture for the Rehabilitation/extension of two (2) Rural Colleges (CR) with the use of BTCS (Compressed and Stabilized Earth Bricks
1. The Ministry of National Education, Teaching and Scientific Research, Training and Professional Integration (MENERSFIP) has obtained funding from the French Development Agency (the "AFD") to finance the cost of the PAES project (School Environment Improvement Project) of the Bundo La Malezi Program. It is expected that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments planned under the Works and Furniture Supply contracts for the Rehabilitation/extension of two (2) Rural Colleges (RC) with the use of BTCS (Compressed and Stabilized Earth Bricks) and the light renovation of two (2) Public Primary Schools (EPP) on the island of Moheli in the Union of the Comoros.
2. NB: For lots using BTCS, the BTCS necessary for the execution of the contract will be provided by the ANH following the order made by the company. The companies will therefore be responsible for 1/The purchase of BTCS, 2/the transport of BTCS from the production sites to the construction sites, 3/the implementation of BTCS and 3/they will have to follow training in the implementation of BTCS organized by the project owner.
3. The Ministry of National Education, Teaching and Scientific Research, Training and Professional Integration (MENERSFIP) requests sealed bids from eligible bidders to carry out the Works and Supply of Furniture for the Rehabilitation/extension of two (2) Rural Colleges (RC) and the light renovation of two (2) Public Primary Schools (EPP) on the island of Mohéli in the Union of the Comoros ("the Works") divided into two (2) lots:
- Lot 1: CR of Hoani and EPP of Mbatsé
