Tenders Are Invited for Supply of Hardware and Electrical Materials
Eduardo Mondlane University invites eligible and interested companies to
submit sealed proposals for the supply of hardware
and electrical materials.
2. Interested bidders may obtain more information, review the
Bidding Documents on the UFSA Portal at
www.ufsa.gov.mz, or purchase them at UGEA Central, located in the Rector's Office Building,
located on the University Campus, Av. Julius Nyerere, No. 3453, Tel: 21410100, from 7:30 a.m. to
3:30 p.m., for the non-refundable amount of 2,000.00 MT (two thousand meticais)
to be deposited in Bank Account No. 170475561-UEM, at Millennium-BIM.
3. Proposals must be delivered to the address indicated above by 10:00 a.m.
on November 7, 2025, and will be opened in a public session at the same
address and date at 10:15 a.m., in the presence of bidders who wish to
attend.
4. Proposals will be valid for 120 days.
5. Proposals must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee in the amount of
160,000.00 MT (one hundred and sixty thousand meticais), valid for 150 days.
6.1 The Contest will be governed by the Regulation for the Procurement of Public Works, Supply of Goods, and Provision of Services to the State, approved by
Decree No. 79/2022 of December 30.
