Tenders Are Invited for Renovation of the wd-7 zawada viadact over the s-3 expressway at km 187+260
the Subject of the Order Is: Renovation of the Wd-7 Zawada Viaduct Over the S-3 Expressway at Km 187+260
the Scope of the Planned Renovation Works Will in Particular Include:
1 Renovation of Openwork Reinforcements of Embankment Cones By Replacing Them with Full Reinforcements;
2 Renovation of Slope Reinforcements, Concrete Slabs at the Abutments Under the Extreme Spans, Along with the Formation of Offsets and Construction of Working Stairs Enabling Access to the Bearing Footings;
3 Cleaning and Repair of Concrete Surfaces of Existing Slope Stairs Along with Complete Renovation of the Anti-corrosion Protection of Balustrades;
4 Renovation of the Bituminous Surface on the Access Roads to the Facility By Milling and Laying a New Binding and Wearing Course,
5 Replacement of the Surface and Insulation of the Facility Along with Cleaning and Repair of the Exposed Deck Slab,
6 Construction of New Expansion Joints, Bituminous Expansion Joints,
7 Renovation of Sidewalk Caps, Complete Removal of the Cap, Creation of a Counterslope on the Platform Slab, Installation of Waterproofing, Laying of a New Sidewalk Cap in a New Transverse Slope
8 Surface Insulation on Sidewalk Overhangs, Including the Necessary Seals;
9 Height Adjustment and Cleaning of the Concrete Pavement Surfaces at the Entrances to the Facility;
10 Renovation of Steel Balustrades Using New Building Materials, Balustrade Height Min. 1.1 M;
11 Repair of Cornices By Removing Loose, Corroded Concrete, Repairing Exposed Reinforcing Bars, Restoring the Concrete Layer and Installing Polymer Concrete Cornice Boards;
12 Cleaning and Repairing the Surface of Concrete Slope Sewage;
13 Renovation of Drainage Devices: Height Adjustment of Inlets, Replacement of Downpipes and Fastening Elements, Adaptation of New Pipes to the Changed Diameter of Columns, Cleaning Or Replacement of Drains,
14 and for the 4 Extreme Girders on the Zielona Góra Side, All Spans: - Cleaning the Concrete Surface with a High-pressure Water Jet Up to Approximately 60 Mpa Along with Removing Loose and Corroded Concrete, Protecting the Exposed Reinforcement with Corrosion Inhibitors and Restoring Any Losses in Concrete and Cover,
b for the Rest of the Girders: Cleaning the Concrete Surface of the Girders By Sandblasting, Making Repairs and Additionally Applying Hydrophobic Impregnation,
15 Abutments, Caps and Crossbeams: Cleaning of Concrete Surfaces From Contamination, Including: Graffiti, Removal of Loose Concrete Fragments, Injection of Scratches and Cracks, All Scratches Above 0.2 Mm, Filling of Gaps, Impregnation and Anti-graffiti Coatings;
16 Pillar Columns: Cutting Off the Pillar Cover and Loose Concrete Fragments, Repairing Reinforcing Bars, Cleaning, Replenishing the Corroded Reinforcement and Implementing New Anti-corrosion Protection, Restoring the Protective Properties of the Concrete Cover By Making a Concrete Overlay with the Necessary Reinforcement Inserts, Applying Anti-graffiti Impregnation and Coatings, Partially Protecting the Concrete Surfaces Underground;
17 Maintenance of Existing Bearings;
18 Cleaning Works Related to Improving the General Aesthetics of the Viaduct and the Area Around the Facility, in Particular Removing Plant Vegetation and Unblocking Drainage Ditches on the Eastern Side;
19 Renovation of the Gravel Wall - Cleaning the Concrete Surfaces From Contamination, Removing Loose Concrete Fragments, Injection of Scratches and Cracks, All Cracks Above 0.2 Mm, Filling the Gaps, Securing the Concrete Surface in the Underground Part;
20 Renovation of Stone Curbs at the External Cape, Carving, Cleaning and Reuse; Curbs That Cannot Be Rebuilt Should Be Replaced with New Building Materials, Dimensions 18x20 Cm;
21 Renovation of Stone Curbs Using New Building Materials.
