Tenders Are Invited for Construction contract for completion of construction works
1. The Vila da Macia Municipal Council (CMVM) signed the Municipal Grant Agreement (SDM) with the Ministry of State Administration and Public Service (MAEFP), as part of the Implementation of the Urban and Local Development Project (PDUL) financed by the World Bank and intends to apply part of the funding to eligible payments under the contract for the Contracting of CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE SIDEWALKWAYS OF THE SDAE CURVE AND ADJACENT TO THE EN1. 2. The Municipality of Vila da Macia invites Public Works and Civil Construction Contractors holding a minimum license equal to or higher than 3rd Class, in the following categories and subcategories: II-1st to 5th, III-10th and IV- 1st and 48.
3. Interested and eligible contractors must submit their proposals in sealed envelopes, with a clear description of the Lot for which they are competing and must include, among others, the following valid and legal documents: (1) UFSA Registration; (ii) License as indicated in paragraph 2. (iii) Certificate of Clearance of Finances; (iv) Social Security Certificate (v) INE Certificate) (vi) at least 3 letters of approval for contracts satisfactorily executed in the last 5 years. 4. Proposals must submit a Proposal Guarantee Declaration duly stamped and signed by the authorized representative of the contractor and authenticated by a Notary Public, according to the model included in the Bidding Documents. 5. The Process will be conducted through competitive bidding using Request for Proposals (Request for Bids), as specified in the "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers - Contracting for Investment Project Financing" of November 24, 2020 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible contractors, as defined in the Procurement Regulations, in conjunction with the Public Procurement Regulations, approved by Decree No. 77 of December 30, 2022 (Regulations for the Procurement of Public Works, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State).
