Tender Are Invited For Provision Of Professional Services To Conduct Organisational Culture And Climate Survey
Lesotho Highlands Water Project
SCOPE OF SERVICES
To carry out the Scope of Services for this Contract, the Consultant will be required to
undertake the following tasks.
5.1 To conduct a literature review and assess LHDA’s organizational structure and
strategic documents as well as its Human Resources Strategy and Employer
Value Proposition documents.
5.2 To develop an assessment tool, that can be administered both in English and
Sesotho.
5.3 The Consultant is to provide a brief as to how the survey will be conducted, for
LHDA’s acceptance.
5.4 To conduct an Organisational Culture and Climate Survey for LHDA, at all its
five (5) sites as stated in Section 3 – Institutional Arrangements above.
5.5 To analyse the data obtained and present the analysis as a report, providing
graphics where necessary.
5.6 From the survey findings, identify major areas of vulnerability and risks and
propose practical and realistic measures to address the gaps that will have
been identified.
5.7 To prepare a draft report of the findings, which the Consultant will be required
to present to LHDA Management and LHWP Project authorities, if required.
5.8 The Consultant will be required to note any and all comments provided by
LHDA Management and LHWP authorities and address them before
submitting the final report to the LHDA.
5.9 The Consultant will be deemed to have fulfilled their requirements under this
contract, when all deliverables adhere to the agreed LHDA specifications and
scope, each deliverable has been formally accepted by the LHDA and LHDA
accepts and approves the Final Organisational Culture and Climate Survey
Report.
