Expression of Interest:The objectives of this assignment are to support the program management unit (pmu) of misti in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the program and advising the pmu on technical and engineering aspects. a national water supply specialist will be recruited to deliver the tasks specified in section d. the specialist will coordinate closely with all the program consultants to ensure the deliverables of all consultants are efficiently achieved.
The specialist will be initially engaged for 36 months across tranche 1 and will be based at the pmu office of misti. the extension of the specialist’s contract shall be subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement by both parties. the specialist will work in close coordination with the program design and implementation assistance consultant (pdiac) team and liaise with relevant departments within misti. the specialist will report directly to the program director and program manager of the pmu.
