Expression of Interest:to Provide Technical Drafting, Data Analysis, and Stakeholder Coordination Support to Mint in Preparing the Second State Program on Industrialization (2026–2030), Under the Guidance of the International Consultant and in Close Coordination with Adb.
• Assist Mint in Collecting and Analyzing Industrial Sector Data (including Enterprise Performance, Value Chains, and Regional Trends). • Document the Outcomes, Gaps, and Impact of the First State Program (2021–2025), Including Sectoral Performance and Institutional Capacity. • Draft Sections of the New Program, Including Sector Profiles, Diagnostic Assessments, and Implementation Frameworks. • Support Stakeholder Consultations By Preparing Presentation Materials, Summaries, and Technical Briefs. • Coordinate Between Mint and Other National Agencies to Gather Inputs and Align Priorities (e.g., Energy, Environment, Trade). • Work Closely with the International Consultant to Reflect Global Good Practices and Ensure Policy Coherence. • Assist in Finalizing the Program Document and Translating It Into English and Tajik, If Required. • Work Closely with the Staff of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies (mint) and Provide Regular Weekly Updates on Progress, Key Findings, and Any Challenges Encountered
