Tenders Are Invited for Social Safeguards Specialist the Assignment Aims to Assist in the Implementation Process of Environmental and Social Safeguards (ess) Guidelines, and Framework for the Integration of E&s in the Program Activities/works. the E&s Safeguards Specialist Will Determine the Potential E&s Impacts of Project Activities and Ensure That the Implementation of Sub-projects’ Activities Are in Conformity with the Country’s Commitment to Un Sustainable Development Goals (sdg); Relevant National Laws, Policies and Strategies, Including on Water and Environment; Afdb’s Iss and Policies; and International Best Practice. Further, Identify Technical and Operational Needs Related to Water, Sanitation, Hygiene, Climate Change and Gender Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, as Well as Support Agricultural Staff Regarding Social and Environmental Sustainability of Programmes.
