Expression of Interest:the Asian Development Bank Provided a Loan to the Government of the Lao Pdr for Domestic Resource Mobilization Modernization (drmm) Project, Referred to as the Project, to Strengthen Its Capacity to Address Macroeconomic Vulnerabilities By (i) Modernizing Taxpayers’ Services Through Digital Transformation; (ii) Developing Computerized Accounting and Electronic Invoicing (e-invoicing) Systems; (iii) Enhancing Data Analytics; and (iv) Establishing the Tax Academy. the Benefits Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist Shall Monitor and Evaluate Project Implementation and Recommend Measures on the Timely Implementation of Project Activities. S/he Shall Also Provide Technical Leadership to Develop the Program Framework, Plans, and Indicators to Capture Project Performance Results and Provide Effective, Accurate and Promptly Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting of All Project Activities.
