Expression of Interest:The international team leader infrastructure will be assigned to the pmu in tarawa on a full-time basis and will work closely with the project director and the project manager. he/she will be responsible for overall coordination of the infrastructure team of specialist; the quality and timely preparation of project documentation related to output 1; and liaison with the moe, kfsu, adb and key stakeholders.
