Tenders Are Invited for Technical Assistance Consultant the Services Included Under This Assignment Are: (i) Technical and Strategic Support review and Consolidate Lessons Learned From Stdp and Integrate Them Into the Design of Stdp-2.provide Support on Project Scope, Components, and Expected Results. provide Inputs so That Proposed Interventions Are Technically Sound, Economically Justified, and Aligned with Goa’s Strategies and Afdb Priorities. provide Other Support Relevant to Achieve the Objectives of the Consulting Service. (ii) Support to Follow-up the Feasibility and Technical Studies liaise with the Consultancy Firms to Ensure High-quality Technical, Financial, and Economic Feasibility Studies and Project Impact on Youth and Job Creation. assist the Consultancy Firms in Preparing the Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (esia), Environmental and Social Management Plan (esmp) and Stakeholders Engagement Plans (sep), in Accordance with Afdb’s Integrated Safeguards System (iss). Contribute to Quality Assurance on Mitigation Measures and Safeguard Compliance. provide Inputs so That Gender Equality, Inclusivity, and Vulnerable Group Considerations Are Integrated. provide Inputs for Cost-benefit Analyses and Risk Assessments. support the Review of Architectural and Engineering Design Proposals, Including Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities. (iii) Support for Project Preparation and Appraisal contribute to Drafting the Project Appraisal Report (par), Ensuring Alignment with the Goa’s Development Strategies and with Afdb Project Cycle Requirements. This Should Mirror the Deliverable Form the Consultancy Firm Undertaking the Feasibility/design Studies. support Preparation of the Theory of Change, Logical Framework, Implementation Arrangements, Monitoring and Evaluation System, and Risk Management Plan, Also Informed By Inputs From the Consultancy Firms. facilitate Stakeholder Consultations and Ensure Feedback is Incorporated Into Final Design. provide Technical Support During Afdb Preparation, and Appraisal Missions.
