the Project is a Building for Recreational Activities to One of the Verandas in the Southeast Chat of the Building. the Building is Attached to the South Wall of the Southeast Building of the Adjoining Building. the Necessary Distances From the Street Regulation Line, the Lateral Regulation Lines Are Observed. for the Elevation ±0.00, the Design Elevation of the Adjacent Building is Accepted, Namely 26.27m Above Sea Level.
the Main Entrance to the Adjoining Building is Located in the Northern Part of the Property, Which Provides Vehicular and Pedestrian Access, From Where the Approach to the New Recreation Area is Provided.
