Tenders are invited for Purchase of Personal Protective Work Equipment 2026-2027 the Subject of This Contract is the Supply of Personal Protective Work Equipment (hereinafter Referred to as "ppe") According to the Specification Listed in Annex No. 1 of the Binding Draft of the Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 2 of the Call - Technical Specification of Ppe and the Tender Price. the Subject of the Contract is Also the Delivery of Ppe and the Provision of a Quality Guarantee.
the Supply Includes Ppe Measures with the Employer's Logo, If Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement Stipulates So. the Basic Specification of the Logo is Part of Annex No. 2 of the Framework Agreement – ??specification of the Logo on Work Clothes (hereinafter Referred to as the "logo Specification").
the Ppe Required By the Contractor Must Meet the Requirements of Regulation (eu) No. 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Personal Protective Equipment and on the Repeal of Council Directive 89/686/eec and Other Legal Requirements and Standards. the Required Mandatory Standards for Individual Ppe Items Are Listed in Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement.
only a Supplier with the Status of An Integrative Social Enterprise Or a Supplier Who is An Employer on the Protected Labor Market Can Participate in the Selection Procedure.
