Tenders are invited for Auction for leasing leasable area of 3,535 SQM supermarket at Madinat Salman
Eskan bank published an auction to rent retail units with an area of 3,535 sqm (supermarket 2,805 sqm and service area 730 sqm) at madinat salman. the construction will start by q2 2026. payments will be accepted through postdated cheques or by bank transfer to eskan bank account and mature on the first day of every month. the tenant is required to pay service charges, municipal fees, government fees, and any other charges related to the rental unit starting from the date of signing the contract.
