Rfp:susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority, Dauphin County - Rfp for Rabbittransit Ai Voice Front Door – Call Center Ai-powered Communications Platform
The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba rabbittransit is requesting Proposals for the services described as follows. The Authority will receive proposals related to the necessary addition of an artificial intelligence (AI) software product which shall provide AI customer service support. The ideal product will result in a five (5) year Contract to provide a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and provide technical support for the agency’s call center. This contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, software, materials, and services required as set forth in the Specifications section of the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposers are invited to submit responses describing AI call center software believed to satisfy SRTA’s specialized needs described within this Solicitation. SRTA/rabbittransit serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union, and York Counties. This solicitation and resulting Contract will involve call centers located in Dauphin and York Counties.
