Tenders are invited for framework agreement for work of all trades energy (tc2e) on buildings under the competence of the city of Strasbourg, the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg, and the Notre Dame Foundation
Consultation launched by a group of orders. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. This contract mainly concerns the improvement of building performance (facades and joinery, roofing, ground floors, walls in unheated rooms, etc.).
