Tenders are invited for Order announcement
construction works
sva/4620-583/2025 renovation of building no. 61 on the premises of jw. in the town of przasnysz; ul. makowska 69, 06-300 przasnysz.
The subject of the order is the performance of construction and renovation works related to the renovation of building no. 61 on the premises of jw. in the town of przasnysz, in the following scope:
1) roof renovation:
- insulation of the flat roof with polystyrene laminated on one side (12 cm);
- covering the flat roof with thermally weldable felt (underlay and surface);
- underpinning and raising fire walls along with plastering;
- disassembly, renovation and reassembly of roof ventilators;
- galvanized coated sheet metal processing;
- cleaning and painting stairs on the roof;
2) renovation of external walls:
- cutting off plaster in burn places and filling them with new plaster;
- preparing the facade for painting, through minor repairs and cleaning of the walls
- painting the facade twice;
-cleaning and painting external steel doors (5 pcs);
3) window joinery:
- removal of old door frames from the wall and disposal;
- installation of aluminum windows along with processing of frames (7 pcs);
- installation of pvc windows along with processing of frames (29 pcs);
- installation of external window sills made of coated sheet metal;
4) painting inside the building:
- preparing walls for painting, by scraping off old paint, minor repairs
and priming;
- painting the walls twice with latex paint;
- painting the staircase paneling;
- cleaning and painting steel and wooden internal doors (8 pcs);
5) lightning protection installation:
- installation of vertical air terminals on the walls and horizontal air terminals on the roof;
- installation of control connectors in the grounding and lightning protection installation;
- carrying out measurements of the lightning protection system (test report);
6) other:
- making covers for heating pipes outside the building (3 pcs);
- demolition of the concrete wall next to the building;
- construction waste management.
