Public competition: major renovation of the gymnasium at Otec Paisiy School - the village of Radomirtsi
In execution of the assignment under this public procurement, the contractor shall carry out the relevant construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of the prepared and approved complete technical documentation - investment project with attached explanatory notes, drawings, and quantity calculations.
1. Replacement of external windows and doors
The existing condition of the facade windows and doors necessitates a complete replacement of the frames and external doors of the gymnasium at OU Otec Paisiy - village of Radomirtsi. The current PVC frames are worn out and do not meet the requirements for energy-efficient operation of the building.
Activities:
Delivery and installation of new PVC frames with a five-chamber profile and double glazing, with a heat transfer coefficient U <= 1.40 W/m2.K.
2. Thermal insulation of facade walls
Heat transfer through the facade walls, which form the boundary between the internal space and external climatic conditions, leads to heat losses. In the existing condition of the gymnasium at OU Otec Paisiy - village of Radomirtsi, there is no thermal insulation on the facade walls.
Activities:
Delivery and installation of a vapor-permeable facade thermal insulation system with a thickness of 120 mm and a heat transfer coefficient of 0.036 W/mK on the enclosing walls. Delivery and installation of facade adhesive and plaster mineral mixture, doweling, and installation of fiberglass reinforcing mesh. Application of a facade finishing coat of mineral plaster, with a color chosen by the client.
3. Thermal insulation of the roof slab
Heat transfer through the roof slab leads to heat losses. In the existing condition of the building, there is no thermal insulation on the roof structure.
Activities:
Delivery and installation of a thermal insulation system made of stone/mineral wool with a thickness of 120 mm and a thermal conductivity coefficient l <= 0.037 W/mK on the outer part of the roof structure, which forms the boundary between heated rooms and the unheated attic space. Delivery and installation of new roofing materials and waterproofing.
4. Heating system
A local heating system is used in the building.
Activities:
Delivery and installation of a new decentralized heating system, operating on the principle of mono- and multi-split, with external and internal climate units with direct evaporation.
5. Electrical installation
It is planned to replace all lighting fixtures with built-in LED panels, as well as to provide new lighting fixtures, for which the existing electrical installation will also be replaced and revised.
6. Plumbing installation
It is planned to replace and revise all elements of the water supply and sewage system, as well as to construct new piping routes to the newly established sanitary facilities.
7. Internal renovation
For the gymnasium at OU Otec Paisiy - village of Radomirtsi, comprehensive repair activities and replacement of floor coverings, cladding, and latex coatings are planned. The establishment of sanitary facilities that provide the necessary accessible environment is planned, in accordance with Regulation No. RD-02-20-2 of January 26, 2021. For this purpose, the construction of new water supply and drainage piping routes is provided. The installation package is connected to the existing buildings water supply and sewage branches.
At level +- 0.00, the following activities are planned:
Establishment of a toilet for people with special mobility needs, in accordance with Regulation No. RD-02-20-2 of January 26, 2021, for the design, execution, and maintenance of buildings in accordance with the requirements for an accessible environment for the population, including for people with disabilities.
Openings for new doors with a clear size of 90/210 cm are being established;
Replacement of interior floor coverings, latex coatings on walls and ceilings.
