This market allows the community to ensure all collective catering services in compliance with current regulations regarding production technicality, food safety, and facility performance. It covers the supply services (including delivery, assembly, installation, connection, training) and maintenance (spare parts, travel, and labor included) of professional catering equipment (small professional catering production equipment, cooking and hot holding equipment, cold storage and rapid cooling equipment, laundry equipment, and professional extraction hoods).
