Tenders are invited for engineering services according to part 4 section 2 HOAI (HLS)
78462 Constance, Paul-und-Gretel-Dietrich-Str. HTWG, Seerhein water usage engineering services according to part 4, section 2 HOAI (wastewater, water, gas systems/heat supply systems/air technology systems/building automation) a replacement building (G1) for teaching purposes is currently being planned on the HTWG campus. As part of the new building, a restructuring of the central heat supply of the campus is to take place, as well as a transition to climate-friendly heat generation. The newly constructed heat center will be housed in the new building G1 and will ultimately supply the entire campus. The planning provides for a two-stage heat operation. Air/water heat pumps will be installed on the roof area and water/water heat pumps in the basement. However, to make the first stage (air/water heat pumps) more efficient and to utilize the heat potential of Lake Constance, the use of environmental heat from the Seerhein through central water-water large heat pumps will be used to cover the total heat demand of 2.7 MW.
