Tenders are invited for Aso Park, Lazce revitalization; planting greenery and subsequent 5-year care
The subject of the public contract is the revitalization of the existing park, which is located at the site of the former municipal shooting range at the corner of the streets near the stadium and at the shooting range. The revitalization consists of the removal of selected existing greenery, which is represented in the park by tree and shrub layers. The selected trees for removal are primarily those that are severely damaged, dying, or dead with very little prospect of further growth. Additionally, trees that are undesirable in relation to the target composition will be removed. Remaining stumps after the felling will be removed by grinding and uprooting. Most of the shrub layer and flower beds will also be removed. Furthermore, the contract includes the planting of trees and shrub vegetation, climbing plants, and the establishment of grass areas. Existing lawns will be regenerated. The contract also includes ensuring subsequent care for 5 years. In the coordinated position no. j. smol/368420/2023/odur/uup/sin dated April 29, 2024, a condition was set for the presence of biological supervision, the selection of which is the subject of a separate contract. As part of the revitalization of the area, there will also be work that is the subject of a separate contract. This consists of the removal of existing structures, the construction of park paths, sidewalks, and paved areas, the installation of small architecture, furniture, play and fitness elements, and the implementation of public lighting and a fountain, including technology and connection to the water supply and low voltage. The participant selected in this procurement procedure for the planting of greenery and ensuring five years of subsequent care is obliged to acknowledge the existence and activity of another entity - the contractor of construction works - and, if necessary, provide the required cooperation. Both contractors are obliged to cooperate with each other so that their activities do not conflict and to jointly create and adhere to a detailed work schedule, which will be continuously updated according to the actual progress of implementation. The contractor acknowledges that it is necessary to ensure the fencing of the execution site after the establishment of grass areas until their full integration in a weed-free state. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is contained in the relevant parts of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as zd).
