Tenders are invited for Sports halls epe - expansion, conversion and renovation, 2nd ba - heating and plumbing installation
Service: heating and sanitary installation construction of the sanitary and heating systems including thermal insulation work for the three-field sports hall including spectator entrance and multifunctional room the work includes at least: - construction of a mens and a womens toilet for the spectators, a disabled toilet including installation elements, furnishings, approx. 6 toilets, 5 urinals, 6 washbasins, 1 washbasin/toilet/folding handles etc. for disabled toilets, 1 sink, 2 instantaneous water heaters - associated pipeline network for drinking water and wastewater (multilayer composite pipe or pp for object connections and cast iron pipe for riser/collection pipe) as well as instantaneous water heater for hot water preparation, approx. 225 m of drinking water and 70 m of wastewater pipes - installation as looped pipes with a terminal flushing station for perfect hygiene installations and connections for the on-site kitchen and connections to existing pipes from the first construction phase - insulation of the drinking water pipes with aluminum cladding - construction of heat distribution network for three-field hall, ventilation device for three-field hall, ventilation device for multifunctional room, radiant ceiling panels for three-field hall, radiant ceiling panels for multifunctional room, static heating surfaces spectator entrance, approx. 1,200 m of stainless steel pipe - construction of static heating surfaces (approx. 8 flat radiators, 3 heating walls and 27 radiant ceiling panels) - insulation of the heating pipes with aluminum clad mineral wool - creation of approx. 10 core drillings - revision documents for previously described services
