Tenders are invited for The purchase of construction work for the public pavilion with a car storage at M. K. Ciurlionio St. 25, Kaunas (international) has been canceled.
The contractor undertakes to perform, hand over, and complete the construction work of the public pavilion with a car park at M. K. Ciurlionio St. 25, Kaunas, within the deadlines set in the contract for the performance of work and completion of construction, adhering to the work execution schedule, under the conditions specified in the contract, according to the prepared technical project ("Construction project of the public pavilion (administrative purpose building) with a car park at M. K. Ciurlionio St. 25, Kaunas") and to provide the necessary engineering services for the preparation of the working project and the execution of the works as stipulated in the contract, as well as to rectify the defects identified after the completion of the work.
