Tenders are invited for prf/upol – capillary electrophoresis with tandem mass spectrometry (ce/ms)
The subject of the public procurement is the supply of one piece of capillary electrophoresis equipment allowing operation in various separation modes connected to a mass spectrometer with a triple quadrupole analyzer or an analyzer combining a quadrupole with a linear ion trap, which is equipped with an ion source enabling ionization by electrospray. The connection of capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry is realized through an interface without the need to modify the capillary from capillary electrophoresis and includes a source of auxiliary liquid. The device also includes an advanced sample preparation module containing a gradient pump, thermostat, and injection system. The system is supplemented with backup power supplies, a control unit, and software for controlling and evaluating data. The subject of the public procurement also includes installation, training of operators, and ensuring warranty service.
