Procurement Plan for Successive Deliveries of Medicinal Products and Drugs From Drug Programs From Sheet B
the Subject of the Order is the Successive Deliveries of Medicinal Products and Drugs From Drug Programs From Sheet B for the Needs of the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Maria Sklodowska-curie in Zgierz the Order Includes 44 Tasks (lots). Task 41 - Drug Program B.39, Task 42 - Drug Program B.70, Task 43 - Drug Program B.29, Task 44 - Drug Program B.29. as Part of the Contract in Question, Within the Scope of Task 41, the Ordering Party Provided for the Possibility of Exercising the Option Right in Accordance with Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. the Option Consists in Increasing the Quantity of the Ordered Goods to the Maximum Quantities Indicated in Annex No. 2 to the Swz and Under the Conditions Detailed in the Draft Provisions of the Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 to the Swz. the Basic Scope of the Order and the Optional Scope of the Order, Including the Quantity for Individual Scopes, Were Specified in the Assortment and Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 to the Swz. the Ordering Party Envisages Exercising the Option Right to the Quantities Indicated in the Assortment and Price Form. An Estimated List of Assortment Deliveries for the Duration of the Contract is Included in Annex No. 2 to the Swz.
