Procurement Plan for Providing Full-day Nutrition Services to Patients of the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Maria Sklodowska-curie in Zgierz
Description : 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of full-day catering services for patients of the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Maria Sklodowska-Curie in Zgierz, in accordance with: 1) the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and 2) recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector and the Institute of Food and Nutrition regarding food and nutrition standards that apply in closed mass catering facilities and the health quality of food, and 3) procedures of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system or ISO 22000. 2. The organization of the catering service will consist in preparing meals from products secured in-house, distributing meals in disposable tableware to the doors of hospital wards, collecting, washing, disinfecting and sterilizing distribution trolleys and transport containers and tableware (e.g. jugs), in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological regulations in force in healthcare facilities. 3. Meals will be distributed to the patient's bedside with the participation of the Ordering Party's employees. 4. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) preparation of meals, taking into account diets and supplements used in patient nutrition, taking into account patient turnover and dietary changes; 2) daily delivery of meals to the doors of hospital wards, exclusively with the participation of the Contractor's own employees; 3) immediate collection, management, or disposal of post-consumer leftovers; 4) washing, disinfection, and sterilization of transport containers; 5. The estimated demand for meals for the duration of the contract is included in the assortment and pricing form, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to this ToR.

Maria Sklodowska-curie in Zgierz, in Accordance With: 1) the Act of August 25, 2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety (journal of Laws of 2023, Item 1448, as Amended) and 2) Recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector and the Institute of Food and Nutrition on Food and Nutrition Standards That Apply in Closed Catering Establishments Collective and the Health Quality of Food, and 3) Procedures of the Risk Analysis and Critical Control Point (haccp) System Or Iso 22000. 2. the Organization of the Catering Service Will Consist in Preparing Meals From Products Secured on Our Own, Distributing Meals in Disposable Dishes to the Doors of Hospital Wards, Collecting, Washing, Disinfecting and Sterilizing Distribution Trolleys and Transport Containers and Dishes (e.g. Jugs), in Accordance with Sanitary and Epidemiological Regulations in Force in Medical Entities. 3. Distribution of Meals to the Patients Bed Will Be Carried Out with the Participation of the Ordering Partys Employees. 4. the Subject of the Order Includes in Particular: 1) Preparation of Meals, Taking Into Account Diets and Supplements Used in the Nutrition of Patients, Taking Into Account Patient Turnover and Changes in Diets, 2) Daily Delivery of Meals to the Doors of Hospital Wards, Exclusively with the Participation of the Contractors Own Employees, 3) Immediate Collection, Management Or Disposal of Post-consumer Leftovers, 4) Washing, Disinfection and Sterilization of Transport Containers; 5. the Estimated Demand for Meals for the Duration of the Contract is Included in the Assortment and Price Form, Which is Annex No. 2 to the Swz. 6. a Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is Included in Annex No. 3 to This Tor.
