Tenders are invited for framework agreement for demolition and clean-up works
the framework agreement refers to demolition and clean-up work as well as dehumidification measures within Norrköping municipalitys properties. the framework agreement covers work such as demolition of existing surface layers, interior walls, ceilings, moldings, floor coverings, floor putty, doors, windows, etc. remediation may consist of work with pressure-impregnated wood products, asbestos, chemicals, contaminated interior walls made of plaster, wood, sheet metal, insulation products or concrete, etc. dehumidification work/dehumidification may consist of properties that have, for example, suffered water damage that must be dehumidified. calls are made by ranking for works under SEK 600,000 and by renewed competition for works exceeding SEK 600,000 up to SEK 5,000,000. the client intends to sign framework agreements with a total of three (3) suppliers.
