Tenders are invited for dynamic purchasing system for ensuring cleaning services for the Harmony Home, Mirošov Social Services Center
The contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system ("DPS") to ensure cleaning services for the Harmony Home, a social services center according to § 138 and following of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. (ZZVZ). Based on the submitted application for participation, no specific public contract is awarded in the DPS. After evaluating the applications for participation, the DPS will be established. Suppliers who meet the procurement conditions will be included in the DPS. The subject of performance, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, duration of provision, responsible public procurement, business and payment conditions of specific public contracts awarded in the DPS will always be specified and detailed in the invitation(s) to submit an offer according to § 141 ZZVZ, which will be continuously sent to suppliers included in the DPS. The duration of the DPS is indefinite or until the limit of 150,000,000.00 CZK excluding VAT is exhausted. The DPS has no categories. Contracts for the provision of services, or other types of contracts according to specific invitations to submit offers, will be concluded with selected suppliers.
