Tenders are invited for framework agreement regarding the supply of fuel cards for diesel and gasoline etc. in Denmark
This tender concerns the awarding of a framework agreement regarding the provision of fuel cards for the use of the defense and emergency management agency for refueling, including diesel and gasoline, as well as the purchase of drive-on products in Denmark (hereinafter the agreement). The fuel cards must be used for payment of diesel and gasoline at the suppliers network of gas stations in Denmark. The payment card solution must consist of a two-card solution, where refueling and payment for diesel and gasoline at the suppliers network of gas stations can only occur when users have used both the fuel card and their personal employee card. In addition to diesel, gasoline, and AdBlue or equivalent, it must be possible to purchase vehicle washing in car washes in Denmark as well as drive-on products, including oil, windshield washer fluid, windshield wipers, AdBlue or equivalent in containers, and ice remover. The fuel cards must also be usable at the defense and emergency management agencys refueling facilities in Denmark on the existing card readers via RFID chip. Diesel and gasoline refueled at the defense and emergency management agencys refueling facilities are not part of this framework agreement. At the start of the agreement, the supplier must be able to deliver approximately 10,000 fuel cards. FMI will continuously order new fuel cards throughout the duration of the agreement, and it is expected that 1,500-2,000 new fuel cards will be ordered each year. The agreement also includes the following services from the supplier.
