Pre-qualification ; construction of Hyderabad -sukkur Motorway (m-6) Project Section 4: Naushehro Feroz-ranipur (60.90 Km)
The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has applied for a Finance from the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) toward the cost of the Construction ofHyderabad-Sukkur Motorway (M-6) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this.financing to payments under the contract for Section 4: Naushehro Feroz - Ranipur (60;90 Km). The National Highway Authority intends to prequalify contractors and/or firms for Section 4: Naushehro Feroz -Ranipur (60.90 Km). It is expected that invitations for bid will be made in March 2026.
Prequalification will be conducted through prequalification procedures specified in the Procurement Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under IsDB Financing, April 2019 (Revised February 2023) and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the guidelines.
Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the prequalification document at the General Manager Procurement and Contract Administration (P&CA) (address below) from 9:00-04:30 (excluding the statutory public holidays and official holidays). A complete set of the prequalification document in English may be purchased by interested Applicants (a) on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 10,000 or in US$ 50. The method of payment will be Pay Order I Demand Draft in favor of National Highway Authority. The document may be collected in person at the address mentioned below.
