Tender description : Contract notice or concession notice poland – construction works for composting plants – “expansion of the waste composting plant on the premises of the waste management plant “czysta blekitna kraina” sp. z o. in czarnówek” the subject of the contract is the second stage of expansion of the existing composting plant, which will increase the capacity of the current installation by another 9,500 mg/year. 2. in 2019/2020, four of the six planned composting reactors were constructed, and three of them were equipped with infrastructure. currently, plans are underway to build two more reactors and complete construction and equip the existing (empty) reactor with a total processing capacity of 9,500 mg/year. 3. the reactors constructed as part of this project will be used to process selectively collected bio-waste (green waste and other bio-waste, particularly kitchen waste) into usable compost. 4. the installation planned for construction in the second stage will include the construction of 2 new reactors and technological equipment as well as the completion of construction works on the 3rd reactor and will include: ? construction of 2 bioreactors with a reinforced concrete structure resistant to the aggressive environment inside the bioreactors, ? construction of an aeration system consisting of fans and aeration channels ensuring appropriate aeration of composted waste in 3 reactors, ? construction of a control and monitoring system that controls and documents the parameters of the composting process in 3 reactors, ? construction of protection against atmospheric precipitation and odors in 3 reactors, ? construction of a sprinkler system located inside the bioreactors, separately for each reactor (in 3 reactors), ? construction of a system for the removal and recirculation of process effluents in 3 reactors, ? construction of infrastructure: water supply, technological sewage, storm water drainage, installation control and measurement instrumentation (i&c) to the extent necessary to connect three reactors. 5. the composting installation planned for construction in the second phase will consist of the following facilities, equipment, and infrastructure: 1) two new bioreactors with a reinforced concrete structure resistant to the aggressive environment inside the bioreactors, each reactor measuring approximately 27.65 m in length, approximately 6 m in width, approximately 6.38 m in height at the ridge, and approximately 3.6 m in height at the side walls. the bioreactors are single-story rectangular structures, each covered with a tunnel roof. the roof structure is made of steel arches and covered with a tarpaulin roof with skylight strips. 2) each bioreactor (two new and one requiring retrofitting) should be equipped with a sprinkler system, a process ventilation system, an aeration ventilation system, a drainage system, and a telecommunications system. 3) the bioreactor requiring structural retrofitting must be cleaned, the reactor walls must be impregnated, p-2 floors must be installed along with damp and water insulation, and a roof must be constructed. 4) the design documentation covers 6 bioreactors (3 built and operational, 1 built within the structural scope but not equipped, and 2 to be built and equipped).5) a drawing of the as-built documentation (3 reactors and 4 empty) is attached to the technical specifications. 6) fan room container: this is a factory-assembled container containing all the infrastructure necessary for aeration (fans) and control and visualization of the composting process for 3 bioreactors. there is space for installing infrastructure for another 3 bioreactors. 7) the existing exhaust fan serving the current 3 reactors should be replaced with a larger one, consistent with the design documentation opening date : 06/03/2026 12:00:00 (utc+01:00) central european time, western european summer time
