These terms of reference (TOR) specify the requirements for the establishment of a non-exclusive contract for the performance of financial audit services to implementing partners or responsible partners working with the UNDP El Salvador office, the TOR is directed to the audit of financial statements for a specific purpose, that is, the so-called combined expenditure reports (CDR).
