Due to the Fact That the Order Execution is Dependent on Obtaining a Decision From a Central Authority, Independent of the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party Does Not Indicate a Rigid, Specific Date for the Order Execution, But Only Its Maximum Deadline. 3. If the Ordering Party Obtains a Decision From the "institution Responsible for the Investments Implementation" Affecting the Possibility of Extending the Task Implementation, the Order Completion Date May Be Changed (extended) Pursuant to Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, I.e. Due to the Need to Introduce Changes Resulting From Circumstances That Could Not Be Predicted at the Time of Concluding the Contract.
