Tenders Are Invited For: Supply and Delivery - Boilers, Hot Water Heaters and Hvac / Plumbing Parts
Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) employs specialized in-house technicians dedicated to delivering high-quality preventative maintenance and prompt repairs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across both TCHC and Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation (TSHC) portfolios. Adhering to Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) regulations, this essential service not only enhances the longevity of the equipment but also optimizes its performance throughout its operational lifespan.
TCHC is currently seeking vendors to supply and deliver boilers, hot water heaters, and HVAC/plumbing parts, encompassing a variety of brands as outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Various brands included but not limited to in this RFP are:• Camus • Engineer Air• Lochinvar• Patterson Kelly (PK)• Raypack• Riello• Viessman
Vendors may bid on one (1) or several brands. Vendors will be required to deliver and have a pick-up counter in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for emergency purchases. Refer to Submission Form B – Brand Confirmation and Compliance with Technical Criteria for further information. Also refer to Section 2 for further details on stages of evaluation and Submission Form C – Pricing within the main document for specific details to pricing submission.
It is TCHC’s intention to award up to a maximum 5 vendors per brand. Refer to section 2.2 below for more information. This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Services. The scope of Services in this RFP is sub-categorized as Supplier – Mechanical Supplies HVAC.
