To customize and implement the national 3FS IFAD tool at county level through participatory stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and validation processes. The service provider will work in close collaboration with GAIN to ensure successful achievement of the objective. Tasks include customizing the National 3FS IFAD tool, engaging stakeholders in workshops for reviewing and customizing the tool, training and tracking financial flows to food systems, conducting validation workshops, and engaging stakeholders for inputs and validation of proposed priorities within the investment proposal.
