Land Project Management Assistance (AMO) for the ALTIVAL Project
Subject of the contract: This consultation concerns Land Project Management Assistance (AMO) for the Altival project. The Altival project is a major public transport development in the Val-de-Marne department. It aims to create a dedicated bus lane connecting several major stations of the Grand Paris Express and the RER network, while simultaneously supporting urban development on the land formerly occupied by the Eastern Service Road (VDO). The successful bidder will be responsible for providing comprehensive support on all land-related aspects: acquisitions by mutual agreement or through expropriation, land subdivision, property management and transfer, legal and administrative monitoring, and the regularization of land rights within the public domain. They will also be required to implement rigorous reporting, coordinate the stakeholders involved, and ensure the legal and operational security of the land transactions. The objective is to enable the phased completion of the works until 2034, while managing the risks, costs, and deadlines associated with the land.
