Tenders are invited for Market relating to the supply of heat recovery systems from the fumes resulting from the combustion of biomass at the boiler room of cognin for the dsp of the urban heating network operated by r3c
The consultation aims to provide, transport, and deliver a heat recovery system (notably a condenser and possibly an economizer and any elements necessary for their operation), any preparatory assembly interventions for commissioning, and the commissioning for the biomass boiler room in Cognin (2 boilers of 8 MW or one boiler of 16 MW) on the urban heating network operated by R3C. The expected recovery from the flue gases of the biomass boilers in Cognin is approximately 4 MW. The contract will notably include
