Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The purpose of the investment is: establishment of a drinking water supply system and a household sewage system with a treatment plant in bilbor commune and related connections. 1 establishment of drinking water system and connections • intakes and treatment: two surface water intakes pr. bistricioara and pr. ?iganilor, each with sandblaster from ba, mechanical treatment station in container lamellar decantation + sand/coal filters + coagulant/hypochlorite dosing, ph/turbidity instrumentation and, for capture 1, pumping station 2 pumps 1a+1r; automation, control panel, pressure switches. fenced sanitary protection areas ˜180 m in bistricioara, ˜20 m in ?iganilor. • water facilities: two prefabricated cylindrical metal tanks – r1 = 200 m³ and r2 = 100 m³ – with valve chambers, chlorination in the container electromagnetic flow meter, automatic dosing, residual chlorine measurement, fencing and lighting; paved access roads. • intakes: from sta 1 ? r1, pehd dn110 pn25, l ˜ 1,280 m pumping; from sta 2 ? r2, pehd dn110 pn10, l ˜ 1,105 m gravitational. • distribution network: pehd pe100 of 63–125 mm, l ˜ 40,280 m, with 50 hydrants dn80, valve houses maneuvering/venting/draining, 17 water course crossings mounting on bridges, with ol protection pipes and 15 dj 174a/174b road undercrossings by horizontal drilling. l total supply distribution + adductions ˜ 42,665 m. • connections: ˜ 1,200 pcs. up to the property limit, with pehd de32, water meter pipe d=1000 mm fully equipped electromagnetic meters with radio module. • electrical supplies & organization: ee supplies to tanks/stations, concrete platforms, fencing and site organization. estimated duration of execution: 36 months. 2 establishment of a domestic sewage system with treatment plant • sewerage network separative system – waste water: ˜40,900 m total, of which gravity ˜35,719 m pvc sn8 de250–315 mm, ba pipes di=1 m at max. 60 m, at changes of slope/direction and discharge ˜5,181 m pehd de90 mm between pumping stations and collectors. 9 road undercrossings horizontal drilling and 19 watercourse crossings mainly directed drilling; locally bridge overcrossings. • waste water pumping stations spau: 18 prefabricated stations usual di 1.50–2.00 m; h 3.0–4.5 m, with 2 submersible pumps 1a+1r, stainless steel discharge pipes dn50–dn100, grates/baskets, control panels and automatic operation; typical flow rates 1–18 m³/h and pumping heads 8–50 mca according to location. • connections to households: ˜1,200 pcs. on the public domain up to the property line, with pvc de160 mm, connection pieces pipe/pass piece, d400 inspection chambers covers b125/d400 and plugs until the interior installations are made. • treatment plant sbr: mechanical flow basket grate, rotary sieve, homogenization basin 8×6×3 m with air/water jet mixer, feed pumping, biological sbr in 2 basins cyl. ba d=9 m, useful h ˜3.7 m, useful v ˜235 m³/basin; fine bubble aeration; blowers 2× ~320 m³/h, denitrification with mixers, dephosphorization fecl3 dosage, float evacuation, sludge treatment decantation + filter bags. dimensioning at qzi med ˜432 m³/day, qh max ˜60 m³/h; ntpa-001 compliance cbo5, cco-cr, mss, n, p. • electrical supplies & road: ee supplies at spau and se, plus paved access road to the treatment plant. estimated duration of execution: 36 months. number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 18. the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification 10 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
