Invitation to Bid Ict, Telecommunication Systems and Surveillance Solutions
invitation to Bid – Supply of Goods
the Government of Saint Lucia (gosl) Has Received Financing From the Caribbean Development Bank (cdb) in An Amount Equivalent to Eleven Million, Seven Hundred and Thirty-six Thousand United States Dollars (usd11,736,000.00) Towards the Cost of the Building Public Health System Resilience – Coronavirus Disease 2019 Response Project and Intends to Apply a Portion of the Proceeds to Eligible Payments Under This Contract. Payment By Cdb Will Be Made Only at the Request of Gosl and Upon Approval By Cdb, and Will Be Subject, in All Respects, to the Terms and Conditions of the Loan Agreement. the Loan Agreement Prohibits a Withdrawal From the Loan Account for the Purpose of Any Payment to Persons Or Entities, Or for Any Import of Goods, If Such Payment Or Import, to the Knowledge of Cdb, is Prohibited By a Decision of the United Nations Security Council Taken Under Chapter Vii of the Charter of the United Nations. No Party Other Than Gosl Shall Derive Any Rights From the Loan Agreement Or Have Any Claim to the Proceeds of the Loan.
the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Nutrition is the Executing Agency for the Project, and the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Nutrition is Responsible for the Overall Implementation of the Project. the Project Coordination Unit (pcu) of the Ministry Intends to Invite Sealed Bids From Eligible and Qualified Bidders for the Supply of Ict, Telecommunication Systems and Surveillance Solutions, for Lot 1, 2 and 3 (annex 1 Includes the List of Items). the Bidder May Bid for Any Individual Lot Or Any Combination of Lots. Bidders May Bid for One Or More Lots, as Further Defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders Wishing to Offer Discounts in Case They Are Awarded More Than One Contract Will Be Allowed to Do so, Provided Those Discounts Are Included in the Letter of Bid:
(a) Lot 1 - Ict Equipment
(b) Lot 2 - Smart Televisions
(c) Lot 3 - Servers for St. Jude Hospital
the Bidding Process is Conducted According to the Procedures Specified in the Procurement Procedures for Projects Financed By Cdb (january 2021), as Published on Cdb’s Website, and is Open to All Bidders From Eligible Countries.
