Tenders are invited for admission procedure - youth care region midden-ijssel/east-veluwe the municipalities of apeldoorn, brummen, epe, hattem, heerde, lochem, voorst, and zutphen jointly conduct the admission procedure for individual youth care services. however, as individual municipalities, they enter into a framework agreement with the individual youth care providers who successfully complete the admission procedure. the contract pertains to the provision of individual services under the youth act to young people and/or their families. the method by which the municipalities calculated the rates is included in appendix 1b. in this calculation, they explicitly considered and complied with statutory obligations based on article 2.12 of the youth act in conjunction with article 2.3 of the youth act decree, municipal bylaws, and case law. deadline for receipt of requests for participation :? 31/12/2030 17:00 +01:00
