the Execution of the Order Includes the Following Main Activities:
delivery Through Purchase and Installation of Furniture and Equipment for the Needs of 8 Eight Garden Groups and 4 Four Nurseries of Kindergarten No. 5 Nadezhda, Sofia, with Volume and Characteristics Specified in the Technical Specification and Table No. 1, An Integral Part of the Participation Documentation.
this Order is Divided Into Two Separate Items as Follows:
separate Item No. 1 Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Equipment for Garden and Nursery Groups and Administration, with An Estimated Value of 140,707.12 Euros One Hundred and Forty Thousand Seven Hundred and Seven Euros and Twelve Euro Cents;
separate Item No. 2 Supply and Installation of Gym Equipment, Value: 5,693.32 Euros Five Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety-three Euros and Thirty-two Euro Cents Excluding Vat.
on the Basis of Art. 21, Para. 6 of the Law on Public Procurement, the Contracting Authority Will Award the Individual Items in the Order Valid for Their Individual Estimated Value, Namely Direct Award Based on Art. 20, Para. 4 of the Zop, Provided That the Value of the Respective Separate Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,999.18 Without Vat and the Total Estimated Value of the Separate Items Awarded in This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent of the Total Estimated Value of the Order. in View of the Above, in Accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act - Through Direct Awarding, the Special Item No. 2 Delivery and Installation of Gym Equipment, Value: 5,693.32 Euros Five Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety-three Euros and Thirty-two Euro Cents Without Vat, Will Be Awarded.
