Tenders are invited for Complex reconstruction of bridges on class i roads
The subject of the planned public procurement is the implementation of a project - comprehensive reconstruction of bridges on first-class roads. The project will be procured as a public-private partnership project in the form of DBFO, and thus will include design, build, finance, operate, and maintain (hereinafter referred to as the "project" in the relevant grammatical form). The project will be procured through a competitive dialogue procedure according to the provisions of § 74 et seq. of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act" in the relevant grammatical form). The public contracting authority anticipates that the project will involve the comprehensive reconstruction of 575 bridges selected by the public contracting authority based on their technical condition, importance for safety, transport connections, and accessibility. At the time of preparing the feasibility study for the PPP project, the bridges that preceded the decision to implement the public procurement for the project were selected bridges recorded in grades STS IV to STS VI according to the technical conditions TP 060.
