Tenders are invited for Quality of the zcu in pilsen – "reconstruction of lecture hall up 108", university 22, pilsen (2nd announcement)
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction work according to the project documentation, namely construction and assembly work, demolition, disassembly, and supplies necessary for the reconstruction of lecture hall UP 108 and other affected spaces and rooms in the technical floor - basement. It mainly concerns construction modifications associated with greater comfort for student seating, a new concept of ventilation and cooling. Modifications to heating and connections for heating units will be made. This is related to the modification of the existing MAR (tronic) system with connection to the central dispatch. Furthermore, electrical installations (high voltage, low voltage) will be modified. The subject of the fulfillment also includes interior equipment, wall and surface modifications, including preparation for the installation of terminal elements and AV technology. Additionally, the fulfillment will include, among other things, the disassembly of the existing ventilation duct with the presence of asbestos in the sealing between the pipe flanges, including the ecological disposal of hazardous waste according to the relevant hygiene regulations.
