the Subject of This Public Procurement Is: "delivery of Photo, Video, and Audiovisual Equipment for the Needs of the National Stem Center". This Public Procurement is Divided Into Two Separate Lots as Follows: Lot No. 1: "delivery of Audiovisual Equipment for Halls"; Lot No. 2: "delivery of Video and Photo Equipment for Training". Scope of the Public Procurement: 1. the Scope of the Public Procurement for Lot 1 "delivery of Audiovisual Equipment for Halls" Includes Activities for the Delivery, Installation, and Setup of Equipment Described By Type, Quantity, and with Minimum Technical Specifications According to the Tables From Section I "minimum Requirements for Execution for Lot No. 1" of the Technical Specification. the Equipment is Delivered for the Needs of Audiovisual Support for a Large Hall with a Capacity of 150 People and a Recording Studio, and for a Small Hall with a Capacity of 50 People. the Contractor Must Deliver Equipment with Parameters Described in Their Technical Proposal, in Accordance with the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority. It is Required That the Equipment Delivered to a Specific Hall Operates as a Single Integrated System. the Contractor Under the Contract Must Also Provide Warranty Support for the Delivered Equipment for a Period Proposed By Them in Their Technical Proposal and Not Shorter Than Specified By the Contracting Authority for Each Type of Equipment According to the Tables From Section I "minimum Requirements for Execution for Lot No. 1" of the Technical Specification. Within the Warranty Period Proposed By the Contractor, They Are Obliged to Guarantee the Full Functional Suitability of the Delivered Equipment According to Its Intended Use, the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority, and the Technical Proposal of the Contractor. the Scope of the Public Procurement for This Lot Also Includes Training Activities for Operating the Equipment Delivered Under the Contract. 2. the Scope of the Public Procurement for Lot 2 "delivery of Video and Photo Equipment" Includes Activities for the Delivery of Equipment Described By Type, Quantity, and with Minimum Technical Specifications According to the Tables From Section Ii "minimum Requirements for Execution for Lot No. 2" of the Technical Specification. the Types of Equipment Subject to Delivery Are: 3d Depth Cameras Ir, Artificial Intelligence Cameras, Action 360 Cameras, High-speed Cameras, Cameras, Gimbal Stabilizers, Lighting, Camera Tripods, Reflectors, Green Screen. the Contractor Must Deliver Equipment with Parameters Described in Their Technical Proposal, in Accordance with the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority. the Contractor Under the Contract Must Also Provide Warranty Support for the Delivered Equipment for a Period Proposed By Them in Their Technical Proposal and Not Shorter Than Specified By the Contracting Authority for Each Type of Equipment According to the Tables From Section Ii "minimum Requirements for Execution for Lot No. 2" of the Technical Specification.
