Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The proposed project aims to reduce the risks associated with possible emergency situations, such as floods, heavy snowfalls, fires or other natural or man-made disasters. the need for this project results from the existing situation, characterized by the insufficient endowment of public institutions in the field of emergency management and the high probability of their occurrence, determined by the intensification of extreme natural phenomena. the project responds to the common challenges of the program area, characterized by a poor emergency response infrastructure and a high level of risks associated with natural or man-made disasters, such as floods, heavy snowfalls or fires. the project falls under specific objective 1.1, namely promoting adaptation to climate change and preventing disaster risks and increasing resilience, taking into account ecosystem-based approaches, being included in priority 1 - green communities. it will ensure protection against emergency situations and contribute to the prevention of natural disasters, providing premises for the sustainable development of the four rural communities. the general objective of the project is to improve safety standards, to promote sustainable practices in the field of safety and to strengthen cross-border cooperation in the targeted communities – cotnari, ?igana?i, gangura and carbuna villages – with the overall aim of creating a safe and resilient environment that protects the lives, goods and well-being of the inhabitants. the project aims to implement innovative safety measures, develop local capacity and establish a framework for continuous safety improvements, consistent with regional development strategies and contributing to the overall well-being of the communities involved. also, the project will increase the economic and social potential, improving the living conditions of the local population, the environment, the safety of residents and transport activities. the expected results of the project are: 1. purchase of equipment for emergency situations; 2. the implementation of joint activities by the intervention services in emergency situations from the commune of cotnari, the commune of ?igana?i, the commune of gangura and the village of carbuna. the estimated value is 388,828.00 euros with vat, 321,345.45 euros without vat, respectively 1,637,865.65 lei without vat. equipment fire truck equipment backhoe the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18. to the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information will be addressed within the above deadline, the contracting authoritys response to these requests will be sent up to the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
