Tenders Are Invited for : 1. Demolition of existing summer college buildings (968 m²), covered outdoor spaces (122 m²), outbuilding (170 m²) and existing footbridge (9 m²). 2. Retention of a cargo container for storage (15 m²). 3. Construction of a new multi-purpose building including classrooms, assembly hall and lecture room (2543 m²), new workshop outbuilding (199 m²), new footbridge across the River Reeve (26 m²), new street level car park and new bus drop-off point (1527 m²), relocation and upgrading of junction on Termon Annin access and pedestrian crossing relocation works (Road: R336) and new car park entrance junction from Road L52030 and the required concrete, landscaping and associated above and below ground services. Retention of a shipping container for storage purposes (15 m²). Construction of a new multi-functional building including classrooms, an assembly hall and a lecture room (2,543 m²); a new workshop building (199 m²); a new pedestrian bridge across the River Ruibhe (26 m²); a new street-level car park and new bus drop-off point (1,527 m²); relocation and upgrading works to the junction at the access to Tearmann Annín and relocation works to a pedestrian crossing (Road: R336); a new car park entrance junction from Road L52030; and all associated hard landscaping, landscaping, and above-ground and underground services required.
