Tenders are invited for The delegation through concession of the activity of producing thermal and electric energy, based on cogeneration and/or renewable energy sources from the municipality of craiova
The delegation through concession of the activity of producing thermal and electric energy, based on cogeneration and/or renewable energy sources from the municipality of Craiova for a period of 12 years. The contracting authority/entity intends to establish a new production system that will ensure the necessary thermal energy in Craiova and, in this regard, has justified the necessity and opportunity of implementing this project. Due to financial constraints, it is necessary to attract a private investor to establish a new source of thermal energy production. In order to meet the qualification criteria as an efficient centralized heating and cooling system provided in Article 26 of Directive 1791/2023, the technical solution proposed by the bidder must ensure a system that utilizes at least the following categories.
