Project management contract for the development of the Confins cross-country skiing sports site in La Clusaz
This is a consultation for the provision of project management services for the development of the Confins cross-country skiing site in La Clusaz, as part of the preparations for the 2030 Winter Olympic Games. It consists of a firm tranche and an optional tranche. => The firm tranche comprises the following services: Development of the cross-country ski trails for competition, warm-up, and training; - securing the snowmaking system; - creating a track tunnel under the road to connect the Nordic area located on both sides of the Route des Confins; - redevelopment of the road and regularization of parking spaces along the Route des Confins from the chapel to the Arpettaz car park; - construction of a temporary platform at the Arpettaz car park for the needs of the Organizing Committee for the 2030 Winter Olympic Games (COJOP). - Occasional resurfacing of the Route des Confins road; - Definition of a development plan for the Arpettaz parking lot to be implemented during the Heritage phase, proposing the most natural landscaping possible. This includes the following tasks: - For the development of the Confins cross-country skiing area in La Clusaz: Preliminary Design (AVP), Detailed Design (PRO), Construction Administration (ACT), Approval, Construction Supervision (DET), Acceptance of Works (AOR) (basic tasks) and Project Management (OPC) (supplementary task); - For the development of the ARPETTAZ parking lot (Heritage phase): Preliminary Design (AVP) (carried out concurrently with the AVP phase of the development of the Confins cross-country skiing area in La Clusaz.) => The optional tranche consists of the following services: redevelopment of the ARPETTAZ parking lot. This includes the following tasks: Detailed Design (PRO), Construction Administration (ACT), Approval (VISA), Construction Supervision (DET), Acceptance of Works (AOR) (basic tasks) and
